Dandelion flowers
Taraxacum officinale

Limited season.
Outstanding colour and texture. Sweet and bitter, loved all around the world in fritters, infused with honey, vinegar or soda, or just fresh as garnish.
Available in 600ml punnets.


Dandelion greens
Taraxacum officinale

Harvested wild this is the best time of the year for the dandelion greens.
Frittata, horatpita, dumplings and more awaits.
Available in punnets or bulk.


Dock leaves
Rumex crispus

This green is available all year round but at the moment is super juicy and fresh. We can deliver in punnets or bulk.


Shepherd purse
Capsella bursa-pastoris

This seasonal green is much loved in China as dumpling filling and Mediterranean cuisine as salad green. The love-heart shaped seedpods are sweet and mustard-like.

Cleaver shoots
Gallium aparine

This medicinal herb has been loved as an infusion and as a green in many country around the world. It is nutty and sweet. Abundant right now as the young shoots come out. Available in punnets or bulk

This is it, the real wild fennel seeds. We can deliver in punnets or bulk. Those seeds are harvested in regional NSW providing an income stream to the Mid West community.

Wild olive leaves.
Fresh or dry in bulk or bags. Infusion from the leaves have renown medicinal properties. Slightly bitter, oily and pleasant.

Much loved in mediterranean cuisine as a salad green and known as Erba Stella.

Available now and through to summer as leafy garnish. Stunning look, nutty/greens taste, crunchy texture.
